Two grants to fund programs for the community at the Hunt Memorial Building have
been announced by the Board of Trustees
The Mellon Trust of the New England N.A., Trustee of the Ella Anderson Trust
has approved a grant of $5,000 to the Hunt Building to provided free program
activities for families in Nashua.
The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation has awarded $1,500 for its Heritage Series.
The Greater Nashua Division is a regional division of the New Hampshire Charitable
Foundation, New Hampshire's statewide community foundation. The Greater Nashua
Division of the NHCF is the seventh regional division, established in January
2003 to build a permanent endowment for the Greater Nashua Areas. This permanent
endowment comes from gifts by many individuals, families, corporations and organizations.
Earnings from the endowments are used to make grants to nonprofit organizations
serving the region and for scholarship awards to area residents.
