Fridays, 9:15 am, July 7 – August 11. Registration not required; classes open to the first 25 people who arrive on the day of the class.

Practice will be led at a beginner level by Greater Nashua YMCA instructor Carol Coleman.

Dress in comfortable clothing; bring water and a yoga mat or large towel.
