I started reading at an early age, and haven’t stopped since. I knew I’d found the love of my life when he gave me a book as a gift on our second date (it’s on my list of favorites below).
I love stories about people on new frontiers or dealing with new situations. I love well-researched nonfiction, especially if it has really good footnotes. Any book that can make me laugh or cry out loud is a good start. I’ll also read anything with interesting characters or beautiful vocabulary.
Choosing a favorite book can be like choosing a favorite child, but here is a selection of books by my favorite authors, books that I have always loved, and great books that I’ve read recently. Ask me what to read!
